Doctor, I would like to ask you about my digestion.
Recently, I've noticed that my bowel movements haven't been very good.
Sometimes my stools are formed but in small pieces, and other times I experience a loose stool sensation, although it's not completely watery; the shape is still visible, but there are many pieces floating on the surface of the water.
I've been paying more attention to my stools lately and noticed that they often have small red specks, but there’s no blood when I wipe.
The color of the stool seems normal.
However, I do find myself passing gas frequently, which doesn't have an odor, and my stomach often makes noises, especially when I lie down at night.
I don't experience any pain in my abdomen.
I usually sit on the toilet for about 10 minutes while playing on my phone.
Today, when I had a bowel movement, I produced many small, formed pieces.
Afterward, I started passing gas continuously.
When I finished playing on my phone and wiped, the color was normal, but when I stood up, I noticed small red specks that were stuck to the stool, appearing as small clumps.
Additionally, I observed a thin layer of white foam floating on top of the stool, but it was just a thin layer, not excessive.
I remember experiencing something similar in the past, but I didn't think much of it then.
Now I'm curious and would like to ask about it.
Also, I usually wash my bottom with water and soap after a bowel movement.
