Experiencing dizziness (vertigo) while lying flat at night?
In recent days, when lying flat at night, I feel as if there is an earthquake, and my vision seems to be spinning.
However, after lying down for a while or closing my eyes, the sensation goes away (I don't experience this during my daily activities).
When I feel the spinning sensation while lying down, I also notice that my heart is beating faster than usual.
Once the dizziness subsides, my heart rate returns to normal.
I researched online and found that it might be related to otoliths.
I would like to know if this could be due to otoliths or if there are other possible symptoms.
