My last period started on January 23, and I had unprotected intercourse for the first two days of my cycle with some light bleeding.

Hello, if you are unsure whether it is menstruation, I recommend consulting a physician for an ultrasound and other relevant examinations to determine if it is menstruation or if there is a possibility of pregnancy.
Thank you! Wishing you peace and health.

When considering the possibility of pregnancy, it's essential to understand the menstrual cycle and the symptoms that may indicate pregnancy. Your menstrual cycle, which you mentioned is approximately 34 days, is a crucial factor in determining your likelihood of being pregnant. Typically, ovulation occurs about 14 days before the start of your next period. For a 34-day cycle, ovulation would likely occur around day 20, which means that any unprotected intercourse around that time could potentially lead to pregnancy.

You mentioned that you had unprotected intercourse a couple of days before your expected period, which could be a concern. However, you also noted that you experienced a normal menstrual period starting on February 26, lasting for seven days. This is a significant point because a typical menstrual period indicates that you are not pregnant, as menstruation is the shedding of the uterine lining when a fertilized egg does not implant.

The abdominal pain you are experiencing could be attributed to various factors, including premenstrual syndrome (PMS), ovulation pain, or even gastrointestinal issues. It's not uncommon for women to experience cramping or discomfort in the days leading up to or during their menstrual cycle. If the pain is severe or persists, it would be advisable to consult a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying conditions.

If you are still concerned about the possibility of pregnancy, consider taking a home pregnancy test. These tests are most accurate when taken after a missed period. Since your cycle is 34 days long, if your period does not arrive as expected, a test could provide clarity.

In summary, based on the information provided, it seems unlikely that you are pregnant since you have had a normal menstrual period. However, if you continue to experience symptoms or have concerns, it is always best to consult with a healthcare provider for personalized advice and potential further evaluation. They can help determine the cause of your abdominal pain and provide reassurance regarding your menstrual health.
