Abnormal sensation between the upper orbit and the eyeball?

Recently, I have been experiencing a tight sensation between my upper eyelid (below the eyebrow) and the eyeball (as shown in the image https://img.onl/s7ZuEO).
However, it does not feel like pressure or pain in the eye socket (bone) or the eyeball itself.
This sensation becomes more pronounced occasionally when I move my eyes up, down, or sideways and then return to the center, or when I lie down.
When I gently press on the area, I feel a slight nerve-related soreness.
A while ago, I visited an ophthalmologist because I felt a pressure in my eyeball.
The doctor informed me that there were no significant issues with my retina or optic nerve, and my intraocular pressure was within normal limits.
I was prescribed eye drops for eye fatigue and muscle relaxation (such as the first two eye drops listed below).
Later, as my symptoms evolved to a tight feeling from the bridge of my nose to the corner of my eye when lying down, I consulted an ENT specialist who mentioned that the mucosa was slightly swollen and indicated that sinus issues could cause unusual sensations in the eyes.
After taking the prescribed medication for nearly two weeks, the tightness in my nose bridge and the feeling of pressure in my eyeball have significantly improved when lying down.
