Blood is only present when wiping?

Hello, I previously had issues with mixed hemorrhoids, and the external hemorrhoids have been treated.
I usually do not see blood when using the restroom, and there is no visible blood in my urine.
However, now I notice a faint trace of blood when I wipe after urination, and on another occasion, I found a more noticeable drop of blood, also after wiping.
Currently, I do not experience any pain.
I did wipe quite hard with toilet paper, which may have caused a very slight amount of blood.
I have been exercising recently, but when I am out, I tend to drink less water, although I usually consume about 1500cc of water daily.
Additionally, I often have issues with constipation.
I would like to inquire about what this situation might indicate.
