Unexplained pain in the right abdomen?


I previously mentioned on July 24 that I have been experiencing gastrointestinal issues recently.
In the past few days, I have developed new symptoms: after eating, if I bend over or twist my waist (similar to the motion of lowering my right shoulder while raising my right pelvis), at the moment I return to a standing position, I feel a sudden sensation as if being compressed and then released.
There is a noticeable sharp pain just below my right rib cage, slightly above my navel.
It’s not particularly intense, and the pain feels different from a muscle strain; it’s also not the cramping sensation associated with needing to have a bowel movement.
It’s hard to describe, but as long as I remain still, I occasionally feel a very slight pain or sometimes none at all.
When I’m not eating, it seems like I don’t feel much either.
I would like to know what might be happening...

P.S.
Last time I mentioned that my sleep schedule is around 1 or 2 AM to 8 AM, but when I attend school, my sleep is from 1 or 2 AM to 7 AM, which hasn’t changed significantly.
Could this affect my circadian rhythm and contribute to my gastrointestinal issues? (Additionally, my gastrointestinal problems began to gradually appear about a month after transitioning to remote learning.)
