Not pregnant but have a large abdomen?


Hello Doctor, my stomach seems to be getting bigger day by day.
I currently have hyperthyroidism and often feel unsatisfied after eating, and I have gained 2 kilograms.
Recently, my abdomen appears to be distended, resembling a balloon shape, and it feels somewhat firm, primarily concentrated below the navel with a pointed protrusion (not the feeling of excess fat).
My abdomen is not uncomfortable, but visually it looks very much like pregnancy.
I have bowel movements about once or twice a day; sometimes I experience constipation, while other times it’s normal.
I can no longer fit into my usual pants.
I would like to know what symptoms this might indicate.
Additionally, my face appears swollen and I have allergies, with small bumps resembling acne with pustules scattered across my temples, cheeks, forehead, and chin (previously, a dermatologist said it was an allergy).
