Hello Doctor: About a month ago, I started experiencing dizziness.
I consulted a neurologist, but no cause was found, and the medication for inner ear dizziness was not effective.
Subsequently, I began having vivid dreams and then insomnia; I feel uncomfortable lying on my pillow, but lying flat seems to help me sleep a bit better.
The anti-anxiety medication is effective.
Then, around 7 or 8 PM, I often feel soreness near the roots of my ears on both cheeks, and I also have shoulder and neck pain.
Finally, two days ago, I noticed that pressing on my right armpit causes pain, and there is a localized area that feels different, but it doesn't appear swollen or enlarged, so I'm unsure if it might be a lymph node.
