Darkening of the visual field?


In the past few days, my vision occasionally becomes inexplicably dark for a brief moment (about a few seconds), similar to a flickering light, especially when I sleep with a night light on; it seems to occur every few seconds.
However, it seems to disappear in the morning.
I had a dilated eye exam a month ago, and the doctor found no issues.
Additionally, I underwent retinal laser treatment a year ago, so it shouldn't be a retinal problem, right? If it's not an eye issue, could it be a neurological problem? But I'm still young.
I used to experience this occasionally, but it has become much more frequent lately, especially at night.
Could it be eye fatigue? This is very concerning for me.
