A month ago, out of curiosity, I inserted my finger into my anus, and I suspect that my long fingernails caused some bleeding.
Since then, I have been experiencing a persistent feeling of needing to have a bowel movement but being unable to do so, or feeling like I cannot fully empty my bowels.
