Hello, I have been suffering from autonomic nervous system dysregulation for many years.
I have been taking 3 mg of Lishuding, increasing from half a pill to one pill every night before bed (I have been taking it for about three years).
However, due to excessive anxiety during the pandemic, a few days ago I suddenly experienced dizziness to the point where I couldn't walk and felt like I was going to faint.
Despite going to the hospital, they couldn't find the cause.
At home, I feel even more panic and discomfort.
Since I am unable to seek medical attention recently, can I take a quarter of a pill of Lishuding in the morning and at noon to alleviate daytime discomfort? Additionally, after taking 3 mg before bed for so many years, will it be difficult to discontinue in the future? Thank you!
