The last few drops of semen during ejaculation are yellowish?

My masturbation frequency is about once every two days.
Recently, after masturbating, I noticed that the semen that comes out initially is white, but the residue left on the glans appears slightly yellow when wiped with tissue.
Today, after masturbating, the initial semen was also white, but when I wiped the glans, I noticed a few drops of yellow.
Additionally, while wiping the glans today, I found a transparent liquid with dark, thread-like substances in it.
The amount was small, about 3 or 4 strands, and it seemed like there was only one drop containing them.
The strands were approximately 1 cm long, and I am unsure if they are blood streaks.
Furthermore, while cleaning the glans today, I noticed a small dark spot on the glans that resembled a blood vessel.
I have previously seen a doctor about similar issues with the glans, and the doctor said there were no problems.
Therefore, I would like to inquire whether the glans can have a similar deep red spot due to a blood vessel.

Hello: The color of semen can vary, and it is best to seek medical evaluation if there are concerns.
If there are no urinary symptoms or pain during ejaculation, it may be reasonable to observe.
If engaging in sexual activity, it is important to practice safe sex.
Regarding the glans, if there are similar issues in other areas that have been evaluated by a doctor who found no problems, it is worth asking whether the glans can appear with a similar deep red spot due to blood vessels.
-- This is possible, unless there is a break in the skin or swelling.
It is advisable to seek medical attention.
Wishing you good health.

When it comes to the observation of yellowish semen and potential health concerns, it's important to understand the various factors that can contribute to changes in semen color and consistency. Semen typically appears white or off-white, but variations can occur due to several reasons, including hydration levels, diet, and underlying health conditions.

In your case, the presence of yellowish semen, particularly after masturbation, may not necessarily indicate a serious health issue. Yellowish coloration can sometimes be attributed to the presence of certain substances in the seminal fluid, such as urine, which can mix with semen and alter its color. This is especially true if there is a slight residual urine in the urethra, which can happen if one has not fully emptied their bladder prior to ejaculation.

The appearance of "strings" or "fibers" in the semen, which you described as possibly resembling blood, can also be concerning. While it is not uncommon for semen to contain small clumps or strands, if these appear dark or resemble blood, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation. Blood in semen, known as hematospermia, can be caused by various factors, including infections, inflammation, or trauma to the reproductive system. Although your previous medical consultation indicated no issues, it is essential to monitor any changes and seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen.

The deep red spot on the glans (head of the penis) that you mentioned could be a normal anatomical variation, such as a visible blood vessel, but it could also indicate irritation or a minor injury. If this spot is new, changing, or accompanied by pain, discomfort, or other symptoms, it would be prudent to have it examined by a healthcare provider.

In terms of general health, maintaining proper hygiene, staying hydrated, and having a balanced diet can contribute positively to reproductive health. If you are experiencing any discomfort, pain, or significant changes in your sexual health, it is always best to consult with a urologist or a healthcare professional who specializes in male reproductive health. They can provide a thorough examination and appropriate testing if necessary.

In summary, while occasional changes in semen color and consistency can be normal, persistent or concerning symptoms should not be ignored. Regular check-ups and open communication with your healthcare provider are key to maintaining reproductive health and addressing any potential issues early on.
