Chest tightness or pain?


Since I developed two lumps under my armpit, I've been very worried that something might be wrong.
Later, I started having trouble sleeping, and then I experienced chest tightness and pain on the left side, along with a loss of appetite.
I also had mild cold symptoms.
When I visited the doctor, they measured my pulse, which was quite fast.
Out of concern, I consulted a surgeon, and they all said it should be benign.
After that, I felt more relaxed, and my sleep quality improved significantly.
However, I still occasionally experience short episodes of chest tightness and pain.
Today, the pain lasted a bit longer; could it be caused by stress?
