Hello Doctor, I would like to ask a question.
I am currently taking medication for anxiety, specifically Xanax 0.25 mg and Entact 10 mg.
Can I take these two medications together with B vitamins or fish oil? Additionally, while these medications seem to be effective during my episodes, I experience body tremors every night at around 11 PM (I am not cold), along with sweaty palms and shortness of breath, even after taking my medication.
This is quite distressing for me.
I have visited the emergency room multiple times for heart and chest concerns, but the tests have all come back normal.
The doctor advised me to take the medication during episodes, but my first episode usually occurs around 4 PM, and the second one at 11 PM, which feels too frequent.
I am unsure how to address my anxiety attacks, and I am currently suffering from insomnia, waking up easily in fear of not being able to breathe, and I wonder if I can take the medication in the morning and at night.
