Right upper quadrant pain?


Hello Doctor, for the past three days, I have been experiencing discomfort when pressing on the area just above my navel on the right side, but I do not feel any pain while walking or sitting.
I have attached images to indicate the location of the discomfort.
I previously had diverticulitis, and I am concerned if this could be related.
If it is not related to diverticulitis, I would like to know if it could be due to dietary issues or irregular sleep patterns.
I have not been exercising much these past two days and have been lying in bed for over 12 hours a day, with a habit of staying up late and going to sleep around 2 AM.
