Breast augmentation

I currently have breast sagging and lateral expansion (somewhat like "baggy breasts," size 36D).
What can I do to improve this? Are there any non-surgical options for correction? I have previously had an appendectomy, and the scar looks like a centipede and is still swollen; it took over ten years to flatten.
Do I have a tendency for keloid formation?

Unfortunately, there are currently no non-surgical methods to improve the condition of breast hypertrophy.
Additionally, surgery may result in a straight line or inverted T-shaped scar beneath the breast.
If there is a predisposition to poor scarring, hypertrophic scars or keloids may develop.
The scar on your abdomen is likely a hypertrophic scar; if it were a keloid, it would not flatten and could continue to grow and spread towards the surrounding normal skin.

When it comes to addressing concerns about sagging and wide breasts, particularly for someone with a larger cup size like 36D, there are several non-surgical options to consider before resorting to surgical interventions. It's important to understand that while surgical procedures such as breast lifts or reductions can provide significant changes, non-surgical methods can also help improve the appearance and support of the breasts.

1. Supportive Bras: One of the most effective non-surgical solutions is wearing a well-fitted, supportive bra. Look for bras that offer good lift and support, such as underwire bras or those specifically designed for larger cup sizes. A bra with wider straps can also help distribute weight more evenly and reduce discomfort. Brands that specialize in larger sizes often have options that provide both support and comfort.

2. Exercise: Engaging in strength training exercises that target the chest muscles can help improve the firmness of the breast area. Exercises such as push-ups, chest presses, and dumbbell flys can strengthen the pectoral muscles, which may help lift the breasts slightly and improve their overall appearance. Additionally, maintaining a healthy weight through regular exercise can prevent further sagging.

3. Posture Improvement: Good posture can significantly affect how your breasts appear. Slouching can make breasts look saggy and wider. Practicing good posture by keeping your shoulders back and your spine straight can enhance your overall appearance and may help lift the breasts.

4. Skin Care: Keeping the skin on and around the breasts moisturized can improve elasticity. Look for creams that contain ingredients like hyaluronic acid, collagen, or vitamin E, which may help maintain skin elasticity and hydration.

5. Weight Management: If you are overweight, losing weight can help reduce the size of the breasts and may improve their shape. However, it’s important to approach weight loss in a healthy manner, focusing on a balanced diet and regular exercise.

6. Massage: Some individuals find that breast massage can improve circulation and promote lymphatic drainage, which may help with the appearance of the breasts. While there is limited scientific evidence to support this, it can be a relaxing practice that some women enjoy.

Regarding your concern about the scar from your appendectomy, if you have a history of keloids or hypertrophic scars, it may indicate a predisposition to developing raised scars. This condition can sometimes be hereditary. If you are concerned about your scars, consulting with a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon who specializes in scar management can provide you with options for treatment, such as silicone gel sheets, laser therapy, or other interventions that can help flatten and improve the appearance of scars.

In conclusion, while surgical options are available for addressing sagging and wide breasts, there are several non-surgical methods that can provide support and potentially improve the appearance of your breasts. It’s advisable to consult with a healthcare professional or a specialist in breast health to discuss your specific concerns and explore the best options tailored to your needs.
