Sudden sharp pain in the upper left back after taking a shower?


Hello Doctor: I am currently 23 years old, 163 cm tall, and weigh 55 kg.
Aside from panic disorder, I have no significant medical history, and I have undergone a 24-hour Holter monitor with no abnormalities.
Today, after taking a shower, I suddenly experienced a sharp pain in the upper left part of my back near the spine.
Since then, I have been having intermittent sharp pains every minute, each lasting about a second.
I have always been afraid of heart-related diseases and would like to know if this type of back pain is related to the heart.
Should I seek medical attention, or could it be related to my job, which requires prolonged sitting? Thank you!
