Is there a condition of phimosis along with congenital premature ejaculation?
I have phimosis, but I can manually retract the foreskin without any issues.
When I am erect, it naturally retracts to the coronal ridge, but I cannot fully tighten it without using my hand.
Because of this, my method of masturbation involves sliding the foreskin, which typically lasts about ten minutes.
However, when I use lubricant or condoms for masturbation, I pull the foreskin back completely, allowing for direct friction between my hand and the coronal ridge, and the foreskin does not roll back.
This makes it very sensitive, unlike the sliding method, and I often feel the urge to ejaculate within ten to twenty seconds, and I ejaculate in less than a minute.
I would like to know if this indicates a congenital condition of premature ejaculation.
😭😭 (I masturbate about once a day, sometimes twice, and I feel that my frequency is quite high, so why does this still happen?)

Hello: It is a matter of stimulation level; masturbation and sexual intercourse are different.
Whether premature ejaculation should be evaluated by a doctor.
Generally, the duration of sexual intercourse should be the criterion for assessment.
Wishing you good health.

Phimosis, or the inability to retract the foreskin fully, can indeed be linked to premature ejaculation (PE), although the relationship is not straightforward. Understanding the connection between these two conditions requires a deeper look into both anatomical and psychological factors.
Phimosis can lead to heightened sensitivity of the glans (the head of the penis) because the glans is not exposed to the environment as it would be in individuals without phimosis. This increased sensitivity can contribute to a quicker onset of ejaculation during sexual activity or masturbation. When the foreskin is pulled back, the glans may experience more friction and stimulation, which can trigger an ejaculation response more quickly than if the glans were accustomed to regular exposure and stimulation.
In your case, it seems that when you use lubrication and condoms, the direct friction against the glans is heightened, leading to a rapid ejaculation. This could be a combination of the sensitivity due to phimosis and the psychological factors associated with the new sensations experienced during this type of stimulation. The fact that you can maintain ejaculation control during other forms of masturbation suggests that your body may be conditioned to respond differently based on the type of stimulation.
Premature ejaculation is often classified as a condition where ejaculation occurs with minimal sexual stimulation, often within one minute of penetration or stimulation. While your experience of ejaculating within a short time frame when using lubrication and condoms may feel like PE, it’s essential to consider the context. If you can last longer with other methods, it may indicate that your body is responding to the specific type of stimulation rather than a generalized issue of premature ejaculation.
Regarding your frequency of masturbation, it is not uncommon for individuals to engage in daily sexual activity. However, if you feel that this frequency is contributing to your concerns about ejaculation timing, it might be worth exploring whether reducing the frequency or varying your techniques could help. Additionally, practicing techniques such as the "stop-start" method or pelvic floor exercises may help improve control over ejaculation.
If phimosis is a concern, you might consider consulting a urologist. They can provide guidance on whether treatment options, such as topical steroids to help retract the foreskin or surgical options like circumcision, might be appropriate for you. Addressing phimosis could potentially alleviate some of the sensitivity issues and improve your overall sexual experience.
In summary, while phimosis can contribute to premature ejaculation due to increased sensitivity, it is essential to consider the broader context of your sexual experiences. Consulting with a healthcare professional can provide personalized advice and treatment options tailored to your specific situation. Remember, sexual health is a vital aspect of overall well-being, and seeking help is a positive step towards addressing your concerns.
