Hello doctor, recently I've been experiencing a sensation of tightness in my body and difficulty breathing just as I'm about to fall asleep, even feeling like my breathing has stopped, which forces me to take deep breaths.
After waking up, I feel better.
Additionally, I occasionally feel short of breath during the day, needing to exert some effort to breathe, but it doesn't last all day.
I've also been experiencing some hiccups and a slight tightness in my chest lately, and I'm unsure if these symptoms are related.
