Cloudy urine

Hello, I recently noticed that when I urinate in the toilet, there is a powder-like dispersion phenomenon.
I then collected my urine in a clear cup and held it up to the light, and I found it to be cloudy, with some particles that looked like suspended matter.
However, when I drink a lot of water, this phenomenon does not occur.
I also visited a doctor, had a urinalysis (after drinking a lot of water), and underwent a kidney ultrasound, and the results were normal.
I would like to know why my urine is cloudy, and sometimes after urination or ejaculation, I experience a sensation of tightness in the area between the base of the penis and the anus, accompanied by severe pain that makes it difficult to stand.
I am unsure of the cause.

Don't be so nervous! Have you ever done a chemistry experiment? Urine is a waste product excreted by our body after metabolism.
When it comes into contact with the external air, it undergoes chemical changes and may produce precipitates, which is a natural phenomenon.
Since the tests are all fine, you can relax! Don't overthink it.
As for the "severe pain," it is mostly caused by muscle contractions and is not a concern!

Cloudy urine can be a concerning symptom, and understanding its causes is essential for addressing any underlying health issues. The appearance of cloudy urine can be attributed to various factors, including dehydration, dietary influences, infections, and other medical conditions.

One of the most common reasons for cloudy urine is dehydration. When you do not drink enough fluids, your urine becomes concentrated, which can lead to a cloudy appearance. As you mentioned, when you drink plenty of water, the cloudiness disappears, indicating that hydration plays a significant role in the clarity of your urine.

Diet can also affect urine clarity. Certain foods, such as asparagus, beets, and berries, can alter the color and clarity of urine. Additionally, supplements, particularly those containing vitamin B or certain minerals, can contribute to changes in urine appearance.

Infections are another critical factor to consider. Urinary tract infections (UTIs) can cause cloudy urine due to the presence of bacteria, pus, or blood. Symptoms of a UTI may include a strong urge to urinate, a burning sensation during urination, and sometimes lower abdominal pain. If you experience these symptoms alongside cloudy urine, it is essential to consult a healthcare provider for further evaluation and treatment.

Another potential cause of cloudy urine is the presence of crystals or sediment. This can occur due to various reasons, including metabolic disorders or dehydration. In some cases, the presence of crystals can indicate a risk for kidney stones, which can lead to severe pain and complications if not addressed.

Regarding the pain you described between the base of the penis and the anus, this could be related to several conditions. One possibility is prostatitis, which is inflammation of the prostate gland. This condition can cause significant discomfort and pain in the pelvic region, and it may be accompanied by urinary symptoms such as urgency, frequency, and pain during urination. Another possibility is a condition known as pelvic floor dysfunction, which can lead to muscle spasms and pain in the pelvic area.

If you are experiencing severe pain that causes you to tense up and struggle to stand, it is crucial to seek medical attention. This level of pain may indicate a more serious underlying issue that requires prompt evaluation. A healthcare provider may recommend imaging studies, such as an ultrasound or CT scan, to assess for any abnormalities in the urinary tract or surrounding structures.

In summary, cloudy urine can result from various factors, including dehydration, dietary influences, infections, and potential underlying medical conditions. The accompanying pain you are experiencing warrants further investigation to determine its cause and appropriate treatment. It is essential to maintain open communication with your healthcare provider and report any changes in your symptoms, as this will aid in diagnosing and managing your condition effectively. If you have not already done so, consider keeping a diary of your symptoms, fluid intake, and any dietary changes, as this information can be valuable for your healthcare provider in determining the best course of action.
