Nausea side effect


Due to ovarian cysts and irregular menstruation (with continuous abnormal bleeding for 21 days last month), my gynecologist prescribed me birth control pills to take for one month, starting on the first day of my period.
However, I was diagnosed with COVID-19.
During a video consultation, the doctor said there was no conflict with the medication.
I am currently on the seventh day of the pills and experiencing nausea, vomiting, and a cough that makes me feel like throwing up.
I am unsure if these symptoms are due to COVID-19 not improving or side effects of the birth control pills.
