Shortness of breath?
Since the beginning of this year, I have been experiencing hormonal imbalances, which often lead to headaches.
However, I started medication in September after consulting with a Western medicine obstetrician-gynecologist, who prescribed me progesterone to help regulate my menstrual cycle.
My boyfriend, who has practiced Qigong, often says that he can sense my energy is off whenever he is near me, and I do tend to have a poor complexion.
He believes that my metabolism is not functioning well and has suggested that I exercise more.
I don't think it's solely an issue of exercise.
The concept of "qi" refers to the circulation of vital energy and blood.
