Hello doctor, I recently had a health check-up for my part-time job, and the report showed a fasting blood glucose level of 106.
However, none of my relatives have a history of related illnesses, and my blood pressure, BMI, and waist circumference are all normal.

Fasting plasma glucose level ≥ 126 mg/dL after fasting for at least 8 hours,
b.

If it is between 100 mg/dL and 126 mg/dL, it is considered prediabetes or impaired fasting glucose.
If postprandial glucose is greater than or equal to 126 mg/dL, diabetes should be suspected.
