Hello, Doctor.
I have been experiencing elevated fasting blood glucose levels during my annual company health check-ups, typically ranging from 97 to 102 mg/dL.
My postprandial blood glucose levels are around 92 to 100 mg/dL, and my hemoglobin A1c is consistently at 5.3%.
I am 181 cm tall and weigh 80 kg, exercising more than five days a week with strength training, and my body fat percentage is approximately 18%.
I do not have any issues with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, or diabetes, and my glomerular filtration rate is consistently above 70.
Occasionally, my liver enzymes may be elevated, particularly after exercise.
I do not have a habit of taking long-term medications.
I would like to confirm with the doctor whether further testing is necessary.
