Feeling warm and lethargic, but without a fever?


Hello, doctor.
Since yesterday morning, I've been feeling a bit warm, but I'm not sweating.
I feel somewhat lethargic, but both my ear and forehead temperatures are normal, and my appetite is fine.
I usually eat out for all three meals (mostly from convenience stores).
I am 180 cm tall and weigh 90 kg (currently on a weight loss journey).
Last April, I weighed 115 kg, and I've recently hit a weight loss plateau over the past two months.
To prevent weight regain, I've been eating very little for all three meals and exercising intensely.
I do not smoke or drink alcohol, and I work 11 hours a day, with a job that doesn't require much interaction with others.
My average sleep duration is just over 5 hours.
The only medication I take is two enzyme capsules when dining out with family.
