Unexplained pain in the fingers occurring in different locations?


Hello Doctor, I don't have any significant health issues, but I've been feeling quite tense and stressed lately.
I've started to notice unexplained pain in my fingers that occurs in different locations, but it goes away after a few days.
Sometimes it hurts in the web of my hand, sometimes near the fingernails, and other times in my thumb or index finger.
The pain doesn't seem to be related to the joints; it hurts when I press on the flesh.
Each area typically hurts for about two days before the pain subsides.
I'm not sure what the cause is.
