No ejaculation during masturbation?


Hello, doctor! I am 46 years old, single, and have no sexual partner.
When I masturbate in a sitting or lying position, I can achieve orgasm but do not ejaculate, or the volume of semen is so low that I feel no fluid being expelled from the urethra.
