Hello, Doctor! I am 46 years old, single, and have no sexual partner.
When I masturbate in a sitting or lying position, I can reach orgasm but there is no ejaculation or the amount of semen is so low that I feel no fluid being expelled from the urethra.
However, when I stand or lie on my side, I can achieve orgasm with ejaculation, but sometimes I still experience delayed ejaculation or the aforementioned sensation of little to no fluid being expelled.
