Is it more comfortable for you to unconsciously raise your chin?


I am not aware of how long this situation has been going on, but recently, people around me have commented that I look "arrogant" or "snobbish." Even children have started to imitate me by lifting their chins, which gives off an impression of being haughty and proud.
It wasn't until I looked in the mirror that I realized this was indeed the case, and it seems quite inappropriate.
However, I find this posture more comfortable for viewing things; perhaps I have been accustomed to it for a long time? (I actually feel uncomfortable when I tuck my chin in.) I went to the hospital for an X-ray, and the doctor indicated that there were no abnormalities.
Could you please explain what might be happening in my case? How can I improve this? I am concerned that it may affect my interpersonal relationships, and I am actively seeking ways to improve.
