Emotional issues

Hello Doctor: I have been taking antidepressant medication, but I don't know why I have only taken about 10 out of the 28 pills that were prescribed to me.
I have had self-harming tendencies in the past, and now I keep having this thought that everyone hates me.
I have also considered that maybe I shouldn't be living in this world anymore.
These thoughts keep circling in my mind, and my family has also bought charcoal.
