Lying down, I feel my body swaying, and my heartbeat is noticeably strong?


When sitting in a chair, I feel a noticeable swaying sensation, even though there is no earthquake, and both the chair and the floor are stable.
When lying down to rest, I distinctly feel as if I am spinning in circles.
I can also feel my heartbeat very clearly, thumping strongly.
This condition has persisted for two weeks.
For the past two months, I have frequently stayed up late, averaging about six hours of sleep per day, and I consume three cups of coffee.
My BMI is normal, I do not have high blood pressure, and I do not drink sugary beverages.
