The ultrasound at 17 weeks shows measurements that are 3-5 centimeters smaller than the standard.
It is unclear which measurement is smaller by 3-5 centimeters: is it the head circumference, abdominal circumference, or fetal length? Possible reasons for this discrepancy, aside from incorrect gestational age, include the need to assess for any asymmetrical growth restriction, as the latter is often associated with fetal anomalies.

Generally speaking, unless it involves transdermal hormone therapies, topical medications typically have minimal effects on the fetus.
However, hemorrhoid creams only provide temporary relief.

In terms of properties, royal jelly is considered warming while aloe vera is cooling.
If there are accompanying conditions such as gestational hypertension, diabetes, thyroid abnormalities, or excessive weight, the use of royal jelly is not recommended.
Conversely, if the individual is underweight and frequently experiences colds, the use of aloe vera is also not advisable.
