Letter to the Minister (Forwarded by the Ministry of Justice, Transmitted by the Department of Health)
Dear Minister,
I urgently need your help.
Since around May of last year, I have been experiencing persistent physical discomfort.
The symptoms include abnormal twitching sensations in various parts of my body—head, hands, torso, legs, and abdomen—like someone is vigorously rubbing my flesh (visible to the naked eye).
I often feel heavy pressure in my head, along with headaches, dizziness, and inexplicable palpitations, as if an electric current is passing through my body.
This is especially severe at night when I try to sleep, and I can hear dogs barking outside (this happens every night, making it very difficult for me to sleep; it feels like a form of persecution).
This situation has persisted for several months, from May of last year until now.
Initially, I thought I might be possessed and sought help at temples, but my condition did not improve.
Reflecting on my life, I have never harmed anyone, and I have no reason to be afraid; so why am I experiencing this?
The phenomenon is very evident and visible, and it has severely affected my ability to sleep, leading to significant mental distress.
I began to suspect that there might be an issue with my brain nerves, so I went to a major hospital (Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital) for an examination.
The doctors said the reports showed no problems, but the twitching sensations throughout my body continued to occur daily, visibly, and I still couldn't sleep at night, leading to mental exhaustion.
I even went to the Kaohsiung City Police Station two or three times, explaining that someone was persecuting me, but the police said they were powerless because they didn't know who the perpetrator was and had no way to investigate.
I have never experienced anything like this before, and I have no mental health issues or stress.
Yet, this situation is so clear and intense that it prevents me from sleeping every day.
This has been going on for several months.
Recently, I noticed something peculiar: wherever I go, there are planes flying low overhead, and this happens frequently.
The type of aircraft is rare, resembling small reconnaissance planes that are not commonly seen domestically, and they fly very low.
Each time one flies over my head, my body starts to feel unwell.
After several passes, my discomfort increases, with muscle twitching, difficulty breathing, elevated intracranial pressure, and intensified feelings of palpitations and nausea.
I live in Kaohsiung City, and I am shocked by this situation.
I believe anyone encountering this would be equally astonished, wondering how this could happen!
Am I being used as a subject in a secret experiment? I am certain that the planes are flying directly above me, but I do not understand why, and it terrifies me.
When I tell the police, they generally do not believe me.
I am still investigating this matter to understand what is happening because it is so unusual.
I do not want to act rashly, but I am continuously verifying the situation.
It seems impossible, yet these planes frequently fly low over my head, and my discomfort begins again after they pass.
A few days ago, I went to Taipei, intending to tell a journalist friend about this situation.
However, considering that it is election season, I hesitate to act too hastily, especially since the situation remains unclear.
I ask for your guidance, Minister.
I am just an ordinary citizen, and I do not want to be a guinea pig in someone else's scientific experiment.
What is really happening? Is this related to the government? Why are planes following me, resembling small reconnaissance aircraft? Please advise me, Minister.
I do not want to escalate this matter, which is why I have refrained from contacting journalists for investigation.
I seek the truth...

This case clearly indicates the necessity for medical attention.
Since the individual resides in Kaohsiung, it is recommended to visit the psychiatric department at Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital, Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital, or Chang Gung Memorial Hospital.
A specialist physician will conduct an interview and assessment to understand and assist in the improvement of symptoms.

More Info
It sounds like you are experiencing a very distressing set of symptoms that have been ongoing for several months. Your description of involuntary muscle movements, sensations of pressure in the head, dizziness, heart palpitations, and the feeling of being watched or followed by low-flying aircraft is understandably alarming. While I cannot provide a definitive diagnosis, I can offer some insights based on the symptoms you've described.
Firstly, the physical symptoms you are experiencing, such as muscle twitching and sensations of pressure, could potentially be linked to a neurological condition. Conditions like myoclonus (involuntary muscle jerks) or other movement disorders might be worth discussing with a neurologist. It’s important to have a thorough neurological evaluation, especially since you have already undergone tests that returned normal results. Sometimes, conditions can be subtle and may require specialized testing or monitoring.
The feelings of anxiety and paranoia, particularly the belief that you are being followed or targeted, could suggest an underlying psychological condition. Stress and anxiety can manifest in various physical symptoms, including muscle tension, headaches, and gastrointestinal disturbances. It’s crucial to address these feelings with a mental health professional who can provide support and possibly recommend therapy or medication if necessary.
Regarding the low-flying aircraft, while it may seem like a coincidence, it’s essential to consider that this could be a manifestation of heightened anxiety or paranoia. Many people experiencing significant stress or anxiety may perceive their environment differently, leading to feelings of being watched or followed. It might be beneficial to keep a journal of these occurrences, noting the times and situations in which they happen, as this could provide valuable information for a healthcare provider.
In terms of your overall health, maintaining a balanced diet, regular exercise, and good sleep hygiene can significantly impact both physical and mental well-being. Stress management techniques, such as mindfulness, meditation, or yoga, may also help alleviate some of the symptoms you are experiencing.
If you feel that your symptoms are not improving or are worsening, it is crucial to seek further medical advice. Consider reaching out to a healthcare provider who can take a comprehensive approach to your symptoms, including both physical and mental health assessments. They may recommend a multidisciplinary approach, involving neurologists, psychiatrists, and possibly other specialists, to ensure that all aspects of your health are addressed.
Lastly, if you ever feel that your safety is at risk or if you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or harm to others, please seek immediate help from emergency services or a crisis hotline. Your health and safety are paramount, and there are professionals who can help you navigate these challenging experiences.
