Caffeine = Dizziness + Palpitations


Dear Doc, I feel that whenever I drink coffee or tea (beverages high in caffeine), I easily experience dizziness, unsteadiness, and inexplicable palpitations for several minutes.
When I don't consume them, these symptoms are less likely to occur.
