Can I get pregnant?

I had intimate contact with my boyfriend four days ago in the afternoon.
He did not ejaculate inside my vagina, but I was not wearing underwear while sitting on his lap, and he was wearing underwear that already had some semen on it.
Is there a possibility that I could become pregnant from this? Additionally, he had touched me down there after he had previously masturbated and dried his hands, but I am unsure how much time passed between that and when he touched me.
His fingers did not enter my vagina.
Could I still become pregnant, and what is the likelihood of that?
The day after the incident, we bought emergency contraception because we were worried about pregnancy.
I took one pill at 3 PM and another at 3 AM.
After taking the first pill, I experienced some abdominal pain, but I felt fine after the second one.
I also noticed that I was in the days leading up to my menstrual period, and during intimate moments with my boyfriend, my breasts had been swollen for two days.
They have continued to feel swollen, and I have been experiencing some discharge, which made me mistakenly think my period had started.
Given these circumstances, could this be a sign of pregnancy?

Hello: Only the correct and consistent use of condoms can prevent sexually transmitted infections and provide effective contraception; withdrawal method is unreliable.
If your period is delayed, please visit a gynecology clinic for a pregnancy test.

When it comes to understanding the risks of pregnancy after intimate contact, it's essential to consider several factors, including the nature of the contact, the timing in relation to your menstrual cycle, and any contraceptive measures taken afterward.

From your description, it seems that you engaged in intimate contact without penetration, and your partner did not ejaculate inside you. However, you mentioned that he had some semen on his underwear, which raises concerns about the possibility of sperm transfer. While the risk of pregnancy in such scenarios is generally low, it is not zero. Sperm can survive in pre-ejaculatory fluid, and if there was any contact with your vaginal area, there is a slight chance of sperm entering the vagina.

You also mentioned that your partner touched you after he had engaged in masturbation. If there was any residual sperm on his fingers and they made contact with your vaginal area, this could potentially lead to pregnancy, although the likelihood decreases significantly without direct ejaculation into the vagina.

Given that you took emergency contraception (the "morning-after pill") within 72 hours of the intimate contact, this significantly reduces the risk of pregnancy. Emergency contraceptive pills are most effective when taken as soon as possible after unprotected intercourse. The fact that you experienced some abdominal discomfort after taking the pill is a common side effect and does not necessarily indicate pregnancy.

Regarding your concerns about breast tenderness and other symptoms, these can be attributed to hormonal fluctuations that occur in the days leading up to your menstrual period. It is not uncommon for women to experience breast tenderness, mood swings, and other premenstrual symptoms, which can sometimes be mistaken for early signs of pregnancy.

To summarize, while there is a possibility of pregnancy due to the intimate contact described, the risk is relatively low, especially since you took emergency contraception promptly. If your period is delayed beyond a week from when you expect it, it would be wise to take a home pregnancy test for confirmation. Additionally, if you continue to have concerns or experience unusual symptoms, consulting with a healthcare provider can provide further guidance and reassurance.

In conclusion, while the situation you described does carry some risk, the measures you took afterward significantly mitigate that risk. It's essential to stay informed about your body and reproductive health, and don't hesitate to seek medical advice if you're feeling uncertain or anxious about your situation.
