The issues related to prolonged sitting?
Hello, I would like to ask some medical questions because I am currently abroad.
Previously, while I was in my school dormitory, I spent more than 7 to 8 hours a day sitting in front of the computer for several months continuously.
Then, during finals, I started feeling tightness and discomfort in my left chest and the upper left part of my back.
Sometimes, there was a slight stabbing pain; it just felt strange.
Whenever I sat down or went to a restaurant to eat for more than about 10 minutes, I felt even more uncomfortable.
I'm not sure if this is similar to a blood clot, as I have been sitting for too long without moving, similar to what some people experience during long flights or extended periods in internet cafes.
If that is the case, I am unsure what to do next, whether it will improve, and how I can feel better.
