Regarding ejaculation?
I am currently nineteen years old and have had only one or two sexual experiences.
However, I have noticed that during ejaculation, the semen just "flows out" rather than being expelled forcefully.
I started masturbating in kindergarten, but it was just rubbing until a few years later when I understood what it was.
Before middle school, I would masturbate once a day, and after high school, I do it about once or twice a week.
I want to know if this early behavior could have caused damage to my urinary system, which might explain why my ejaculation is more of a "flow" rather than a "shoot." This makes me feel somewhat insecure, as I worry that there might be an issue with my sexual function.
I do not smoke or drink alcohol, but I do not exercise much and occasionally stay up late.
(I can confirm that what flows out is semen, not substances like bulbourethral gland fluid or prostatic fluid.)

It's understandable to have concerns about sexual health and bodily functions, especially at a young age. Your experience of noticing that your ejaculation feels more like a "flow" rather than a forceful "shoot" can be concerning, but it is important to understand that variations in ejaculation can occur for a variety of reasons.
Firstly, it is crucial to recognize that ejaculation is a complex physiological process involving various muscles and glands. The sensation and force of ejaculation can be influenced by several factors, including arousal levels, physical condition, and even psychological factors such as anxiety or stress. If you are feeling self-conscious or anxious about your sexual performance, this could potentially affect your arousal and, consequently, the force of your ejaculation.
Regarding your history of masturbation, it is a normal and healthy part of sexual development for many individuals. Engaging in masturbation does not inherently cause damage to the urinary or reproductive systems. In fact, it can help individuals learn about their bodies and sexual responses. The frequency of masturbation varies widely among individuals, and what is considered "normal" can differ greatly. As long as it is not interfering with your daily life or responsibilities, your habits are likely within a normal range.
The feeling of ejaculation being more of a "flow" could also be related to your level of arousal at the time of ejaculation. If you are not fully aroused or if you are experiencing anxiety, the muscles responsible for expelling semen may not contract as forcefully, leading to a less intense ejaculation. Additionally, factors such as hydration levels, overall health, and even the time since your last ejaculation can influence the consistency and force of the ejaculate.
If you are concerned about your sexual health or if you notice any other symptoms such as pain, discomfort, or significant changes in your sexual function, it may be beneficial to consult with a healthcare professional. They can provide a thorough evaluation and address any underlying issues that may be contributing to your concerns.
In summary, while it is natural to have worries about sexual performance and bodily functions, variations in ejaculation can be influenced by many factors. Engaging in healthy habits, managing stress, and maintaining open communication with healthcare providers can help alleviate concerns and promote overall sexual health. If you continue to feel anxious or if your concerns persist, seeking professional advice can provide reassurance and guidance tailored to your individual situation.
