Weakness in the limbs?


Hello Doctor, I have a question to ask you.
Since I was young, I have noticed that whenever I experience insufficient sleep or increased physical activity, my hands and feet become severely sore, weak, and painful.
I need to undergo meridian massage until I hear a "pop" sound in my joints to relieve the soreness.
