Inability to take a nap & green discharge?


Hello, doctor.
I would like to ask if it's true that pregnant women should not take naps during the day, as it might cause the baby to grow too large? I experience uterine contractions at night and suffer from acid reflux all night long, making it impossible for me to sleep.
If I can't nap during the day either, that would be terrible for me.
Since I have been pregnant for 8 months (I am currently 36 weeks), I have had greenish discharge.
I have tried medication to apply, but it doesn't seem to help much.
I would like to know if this light green discharge will disappear after delivery.
