Regarding chest tightness?


Hello Doctor, I have been troubled by a problem for a long time.
I would like to ask, when lying on my back, I often feel chest tightness and discomfort.
I have to sleep on my side or elevate my pillow very high or lean against something to feel more comfortable while sleeping.
If I sleep on my back, I easily wake up in the middle of the night due to chest tightness and discomfort.
Recently, I have also frequently coughed because I feel that my chest is not clear.
