Secondly, it could be caused by excessive exercise or fatigue from lack of sleep.

I recommend trying to rest for a few days.
If the symptoms persist or if you are unable to rest adequately, I suggest visiting a nearby family medicine clinic.
If you prefer a quick solution, you can purchase acetaminophen from a pharmacy.
