Unexplained abnormal fatigue?
In the past six months, I have been experiencing unexplained fatigue.
Even with sufficient sleep, I still feel increasingly tired after being awake for about 12 hours, as if I would collapse without sleep, which is very distressing.
However, I usually get enough sleep and do not engage in particularly exhausting work.
