Unexplained fatigue can only be alleviated by taking Euzip?
Hello Doctor: I am a 31-year-old female.
Four years ago, I experienced severe nasal septum deviation and significant work-related stress, which led to a period of severe sleep deprivation and facial nerve paralysis.
Since then, I have strictly managed my diet, exercised regularly, and maintained a consistent routine, which has greatly improved my health and sleep quality.
However, I still experience fatigue even after sleeping 6 to 8 hours, which significantly affects my daily work and is very troubling.
I find it nearly impossible to stay alert without coffee and aerobic exercise; I work out at least three to four times a week for about 40 minutes each time.
Aside from slightly elevated cholesterol levels (which confuses me since I have been eating very lightly, with low oil and salt, and consuming plenty of vegetables and meats, sometimes to the point of experiencing constipation due to low fat intake), all other basic health check values are normal.
My family has a history of diabetes, which I suspect may be related to my current fatigue, but my blood sugar levels are also normal.
I have undergone a gastroscopy, which revealed a slight gastric ulcer, but everything else was normal.
Recently, with the cold weather, my fatigue and hypersomnia have worsened.
I have been taking Euzip, which was prescribed by my doctor during my previous facial nerve paralysis, and it helps a bit.
I am uncertain about what other aspects I can investigate to improve my health condition.
