Recently, as evening approaches, I experience a heavy sensation that is difficult to describe and quite uncomfortable.
It's not painful, but rather a feeling of heaviness that is somewhat bothersome—though not excessively so—just "very uncomfortable." I feel a sense of unease throughout my body, as if I can't fully stretch out.
Is this because I've exhausted my energy throughout the day, leading to fatigue by evening? I feel fine in the morning.
