Strong odor from the genital area?


Hello, doctor.
I’m not sure if this question is appropriate to ask here, but I live in Kaohsiung where the weather is always very hot.
Even when I don’t sweat, my skin still feels sticky.
Additionally, the area around my genitals also becomes sticky and has an odor (similar to urine smell).
However, I do shake dry after urinating and do not experience any leakage.
I believe it’s mostly a mix of sweat and body odor, which is quite bothersome.
After sitting for a long time, even my computer chair has an odor, as do my underwear.
Plus, since my pants are thin, I’m worried that the smell might escape.
