What is wrong with me?
Hello, doctor.
Today, for no apparent reason, I feel really, really down.
I have been crying uncontrollably, to the point of exhaustion and hysteria.
I don't know what's wrong with me, and I'm actually quite scared.
When my family asks me, I don't know what to say because I don't even know why I'm crying or why I'm feeling this way.
Suddenly, I'm thinking about all these silly and foolish things, and I feel really let down by myself.
I've never experienced anything like this before.
Please help me! I used to be a cheerful person, and I don't understand why I'm feeling this way now.
