I am a 19-year-old male, standing at 163 cm tall.
I regret not having sufficient sleep and exercise during my youth, which has resulted in my less-than-ideal height.
I have come across various information online regarding height increase; some sources state that males stop growing before the age of 22, while others indicate that males' growth plates close between the ages of 16 and 17, after which they will no longer grow taller.
