Does having a hunchback affect height? I am 172 cm tall and weigh 96 kg, which is overweight, and I have a severe hunchback.
If I improve my posture, can I increase my height? (If the growth plates are already closed, as the doctor mentioned, it’s almost done = =) Also, I have been doing some weight training, but it does not impact my spine; I focus on my arms and chest.

Appearance is a very subjective issue.
If someone is overweight and has a hunchback, it can indeed affect their appearance.
