Headache and nausea?

Gao! Due to school activities, I had to wake up very early these past two days, around 5 or 6 AM.
I am naturally tall and thin, measuring 173 cm and weighing 44 kg.
I have a habit of staying up late.
After participating in a school event early yesterday morning, I felt a headache, nausea, and high eye pressure during the event the next morning, so I had to go home to rest.
I usually wear contact lenses and am unsure if the high eye pressure is caused by that or fatigue or other factors.
