Hello Doctor, since mid-November, I have been experiencing severe nasal congestion.
I am unable to breathe through my nose and mostly have to breathe through my mouth; otherwise, I feel like I can't get enough air, which causes some difficulty in breathing.
My breathing is quite loud, and sometimes I even find it bothersome myself, not to mention how it affects others.
Breathing through my mouth has also led to dry mouth and throat, making me prone to coughing.
